Robin Mulhern

Robin E. Mulhern, 68, of McArthur, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 16, 2021, at Holzer Medical Center- Jackson ER. She was born in McArthur on September 20, 1953, to the late Bill and Marlyn Collins West. She was a homemaker who enjoyed her family and friends. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by four daughters : Mary " Bub " Mulhern, Deanna West, Melissa " Muff " Mulhern, and Melinda Mulhern. She is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, William W. Mulhern; her son, William "Billy " Mulhern Jr. ( Andrea Parks ) of McArthur; her brother, Paul Rice ( Leslie ) of Wellston; five grandchildren : Zach, Billy, Katie, Lucas, and Wyatt Mulhern; a niece, Megan Rice; and a great niece, Addlyn.
