Wayne Harrell

Wayne Harrell, 44, passed away on Thursday morning, October 16, 2025, at his home in Wilkesville, Ohio. He was born in Columbus, Ohio, December 23, 1980, to the late Dennis and Martha Conn Harrell. He was a 1998 graduate of Whetstone High School in Columbus. He was a former employee of Pillsbury and McDonald's in Wellston, the Pizza Hut in Jackson, TSR at CDG Systems-Graphics & Technology, and most recently as a groundsman for After 4 Tree Service in Columbus. Following an auto accident and due to his injuries, he was no longer able to work. He was a fan of the Los Angeles Lakers, the Chicago Bulls, and M & M's Racing with Kyle Busch. He enjoyed watching The Big Bang Theory, playing apps and games online, and staying in touch with his Facebook friends. He is survived by a son, Levi Harrell; a daughter, Khloe Harrell; two sisters, Christina Lea Harrell and Maria Dunn; a step-mother, Charlotte Smith; niece, Alexis Jones;  nephew, Alvin Neal;  grand nephew, Zahaquan Jones; and cousins Annie Sheets Shook , Clarence Sheets,  Crystal Ann Therkildsen, Tony Therkildsen, Bonnie Jarvis, Trenda Morgan, April Conn, Jammie Conn, Amanda Hardesty, Jamilon Jones, Schon Maynard, and numerous other cousins. There are no services scheduled at this time. Inurnment will be at the convenience of the family. Cremation arrangements are by the Jenkins Funeral Chapel of Wellston.
